Michelle Cook
Executive Director

I’m Michelle. With an amazing group of teammates, we started Peace of Mind in the Fall of 2021. In my free time, I love long Jeep rides in the mountains and camping with my family.

Courtney McMahan
Director of Operations

I’m Courtney! I have worked as a DSP for many years and love it! I am engaged, have two kids, and four dogs. We are a  licensed foster care family! In our spare time, we hang out with our friends and family.

Logan Roszel
Training Coordinator

My name is Logan. I have been working with Peace of Mind for almost four years now. When I am not working, I love spending time with my dogs, wife and friends. I like camping, hiking, and fishing when I can!

Paige Roszel
Administrative Assistant

I’m Paige! I graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2018 with a B.A. in Communication and went on to earn my J.D. and M.A. in Public Administration in 2024. I joined Peace of Mind as a DSP in June 2025. Outside of work, I love spending time with my animals and enjoying the outdoors (usually with a good book in my hand).

Abby

I’m Abby! I am a Junior at UW studying Speech Language Hearing Sciences and working on prerequisites for medical school. In my free time, I love to be outside, no matter the weather, especially when I am with family and friends!

Ally

Hello! My name is Ally and I am a senior at UW studying Nursing. I worked with POM this past summer and absolutely loved it. I am so excited to be back! In my spare time, I love to crochet, hang out with my cat, Daisy, watch football, and read!

Alonnah

I’m Alonnah! My passion is disabilities services and I absolutely love going to work every day. I plan to pursue a Bachelor’s degree that serves this same population. Wyoming became home for my husband, dogs, and I almost four years ago and we absolutely love it!

Brady

Hi! My name is Brady, and I am from Gillette, Wyoming! I have been working for Peace of Mind for a few months and I’ve absolutely loved it! I am not currently in school, so I spend a ton of time playing music, and being around my friends!

Brian

I’m Brian Cook. I’ve been with Peace of Mind in some aspect since the beginning. I am a Captain with Albany County Central Volunteer Fire Department. In my free time, I enjoy camping, fishing and hunting.

Dakota

My name is Dakota, and I’m studying Music Education and Vocal Performance at the University of Wyoming! I am pretty new to Peace of Mind, as I have only been here a month or so, and I am really enjoying meeting all of the wonderful people here! In my free time I love to sing, play video games, and travel.

Eliza Ann

My name is Eliza Ann Roth. I have a BA in Elementary Education and an MA in Special Education. I have been a DSP at Peace of Mind since March 2024. Outside of being a DSP, I am also a Special Education teacher and love spending time outdoors with my dog and husband.

Emelyn

Hi, my name is Emelyn! I’m currently attending the University of Wyoming studying physiology. I will eventually go to school to become an occupational therapist. Outside of school and work, I really enjoy running, hiking, and reading!

Gianna

Hello! My name is Gianna. I study Chemistry at the University of Wyoming and have lived in Laramie since I was in high school. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, identifying mushrooms, and playing the drums.

Grace

Hello, I’m Grace! I’m a student at the University of Wyoming studying psychology and have a love for people! I enjoy being outdoors and all of the activities that come with that. I am new to Peace of Mind and I’m so excited to work here!

Hailey

I’m Hailey! I’m currently a junior at the University of Wyoming with a double major in Molecular Biology & Microbiology, for pre-med. Outside of the classroom and work, I love anything outdoors and spending time with my friends and family!

Jordan

I’m Jordan! I’m a current student at the University of Wyoming studying Chemical Engineering who started working in the care field about two years ago! Since then I’ve grown to love the field and the work that I do. I’m excited to work more with the folks at Peace of Mind!

Karri

I’m Karri and I have been with Peace of Mind for three years and I enjoy the challenge every day. In my spare time, I enjoy following my son’s baseball team and I like to be in the mountains camping.

Katy

Hey! My name is Katy and I am a senior in the Nursing Program at UW. I have been with POM since August 2025 and have loved it! Before starting with POM, I worked at a day camp for kids with disabilities over the summer. In my free time, I love baking and cooking, playing games, spending time outdoors, and doing anything crafty!

Kendal

My name is Kendal, I’m a sophomore at UW majoring in Elementary and Special Education. I’ve been a camp counselor at the Charles Campbell Children’s Camp for kids with special needs for four years, and I have been a nanny to a child with special needs since high school. I love to travel, take my baby turtle Sweet Pea on walks, drink coffee, watch rom-coms, and read any kind of book. I’m so excited to be part of POM!

Kenzie

My name is Kenzie and I have been with Peace of Mind for almost two years now. I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming with my Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and plan to continue my education at the University of Wyoming Law School. Along with my role here, I also work as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Peak Behavior, as well as providing private respite services locally. In my free time, I love reading, fishing, working on my family’s ranch, and playing with my cute kitties: Killian and Coraline.

Landon

I’m Landon! I am a student at the University of Wyoming, and I am studying Special Education. I am excited to spend time with the participants of Peace of Mind and develop more skills to advocate for people with disabilities. In my free time, I love to go skiing and play soccer and basketball.

Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I’m from Colorado. I came to Laramie for school and I’m studying Physical Education to hopefully become a PE teacher! I love to be outside, and really anything where I can move my body. I also love anything music!

Layne

Hi, I’m Layne. I’ve worked in the DSP field for eight years. I’m married and I have four children. We enjoy camping, hunting and fishing!

Leigh Ann

My name is Leigh Ann! I graduated from the University of Wyoming in Kinesiology with a Physical Education degree. I’m from Texas, and I love to garden and go to the beach!

Lynora
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

I’m Lynora! I graduated from UW in 2021 with my BA in Mathematics, minoring in African American and Diaspora Studies. I have about six years of experience as a DSP, and I’ve worked with Peace of Mind for over four years. When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my husband and pets.

Madi

Hi there! My name is Madi, and I have been working with Peace of Mind for over a year now, and it has been such a blessing to watch us grow! I’m a Junior in UW’s Nursing program and I’m enjoying this current season as a newlywed. It has been a joy to work here and I can’t wait to see where the future takes us!

Mandy

I’m Mandy! I’ve worked part time with POM since June 2025. My only experience as a caregiver is to my late husband after a serious brain injury. I have a paralegal degree and an Associate of Science degree. In my spare time, I like to camp, hang out with my kids, and read.

Mondell

My name is Mondell. I have worked here for a few years. When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with my wife and cats, and playing and watching sports.

Rio

Hello! My name is Rhielle but I go by Rio. I’m from Cheyenne, WY, and currently a junior in UW’s Nursing Program. I love to hike, swim, sing, play the piano, and spend time with family and friends. When I graduate, I want to work in critical care. I’m so grateful for every opportunity I get to serve and love those in my community!

Sage

My name is Sage, and I am a student teacher finishing up my studies at the University of Wyoming in Elementary and Special Education K-12. I’m coming up on my one year work anniversary with Peace of Mind and have loved every single step of the way. When I’m not with my 5th graders or spending time with amazing participants, you can find me enjoying nature or exploring the treasures of downtown Laramie!

Shandie

Hey! My name is Shandie, Laradise Local. I have 10 years of healthcare experience as a CNA and I have experience in the disability services field. I spent a year as a dental assistant. I’ve been married for almost 25 years and we have three kids. I enjoy fishing, hunting and canning. I recently published two YA fantasy fiction books. Reading and writing are a passion of mine. I love learning new things and look forward to working with this team!

Steve

Hello, my name is Steve. I have been working as a DSP for over two and a half years now. I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Public Administration. In my spare time, I like to write and record music.

Will

I’m Will. I work full time at an assisted living home and part time as a DSP. I am also a licensed foster parent. I have two kids and four dogs. In my spare time, I like watching all sports and playing board games.
